Circles
Adds elliptical facets to an image, giving it a mosaic-like appearance. Each facet takes a
color sample from the center of itself. Unlike other mosaic filters, the edges of the facets
do not join, allowing parts of the untouched image to be visible between facets.

Parameters in the Inspector
Size:
Sets the size of the facets.
Falloff:
Sets the amount of alpha blending done at the edges of each facet.
Invert:
Sets whether the facets are elliptical or tiles with elliptical cut-outs.
Mix:
Sets the percentage of the original image to be blended with the filtered image.
HUD Controls
The HUD contains the following controls: Size, Falloff, and Invert.
